DIA-CUT end mills based on the 1+1 cutting principle with negative helical cutting arrangement for clean edges on the top layer. Assembly height 2.5mm. Workpiece is pressed onto the milling table during milling. Steel body or carbide body with D=8mm with high mechanical properties and soldered PCD cutting edges. HW basic cutting edge for sloping plunging.
For joining, grooving, rebating and formatting in veneered or plastic-coated chipboard, MDF, sandwich composite panels on CNC systems for mechanical feed.
Depending on the wear and tear, we can resharpen it 3-4 times.
